I upload my race reports as soon as I can get around to them, and my training logs are updated sometimes weekly and sometimes monthly. It depends on my work schedule.
You will notice that I rarely keep track of training time on my logs. As I have added distance, I’ve become less interested in my average pace. It doesn’t mean I don’t do speed work on occasion. I just generally don’t keep track of my time. I pay more attention to how hard I’m pushing myself. Some days are fast, some are slow.
